| Investment Hard Environment |
1. Supporting Conditions:
The area has realized “seven supply one leveling”, i.e. road, electricity, water, drainage, central heating (including industrial steam), gas, communication and leveled ground.
Road: the area adopts gridiron road network with arterial road of 25-30 meters.
Electricity supply: two 110KV transformer substation, three 35KV transformer substation, double power source, double circuits. Closed power supply management ensures power supply quality.
Water supply: one water company with daily water supply capacity of 20 000 tons ensures 24 hours water supply for production and living.
Drainage: complete drainage pipe system has been set up. The new-built sewage factory has a treatment capacity of 5 000 tons daily, daily water recovery of 1 500 tons. The treated water reaches national second-grade standards.
Gas: gas pipe network has been completed, main pipe diameter of ø300mm, branch pipe diameter of ø200mm. Its daily gas supply capacity is 200 000 m3 supplying sufficient resources for enterprises.
Communication: China Netcom, China Mobile, China Unicom, and other many mobile service providers offer fixed telephone and mobile communication service; wideband network and cable television equipment have installed, and broadband data equipment station, which achieves conditions for fibre and internet access.
Central heating (including industrial steam): two heat-supply stations with steam pipe diameter of 273mm, pipe pressure of 1.0Mpa, heating pipe diameter of 219mm, provide enterprises with central heating and steam service.
Land: level up the land for construction to standard height.
2. Service Facilities:
In East Area there’s a 3-star hotel which is an integration of food, entertainment and lodging and can provide hospitable service for Chinese and foreign investors. Patrol and development area security system provide secure environment and property service company helps maintain a good environment condition of the development area. Besides, bank, post office, hospital, police station and so on, also work in a perfect order.
West Area has formed a rational structure and layout with an integration of industry, commercial living, food, entertainment and school. Superior living community like Lingshijun, Rose Manor, Gemdale Green World, Haitian Xinyuan, New Homestead provide excellent living environment; International School (Tianjin) Branch and Japanese School offers convenience for the education of foreigner’s children and solves their fear of disturbance in the rear; International Service Square integrates administrative service, commercial living and entertainment service offering overall service for Chinese and foreign investors.

Administrative committee of the development area will offer an investment soft environment which will make enterprises and investors feel at home, including: excellent, swift, effective “one-stop” approval service; open, fair and preferential policies; political advantages on coordination, cooperation and pursuit of wealth and strength. All these above have become the solid basis of the future development of Jinnan Development Area.
