1、Inquiry sheet of enterprise name (original)

Project application report (for the relevant content, refer to fax. It is compiled by the enterprise or qualified organizations.)
3、
The application paper of establishing foreign-funded projects for approval (electronic version)
4、
Environment assessment report (ask qualified organizations to compile)
5、
Company constitution of foreign-funded enterprise (four copies with signature and seal, electronic version)
6、
Registration application paper for establishing foreign-funded enterprises（three copies with signature and seal）
7、
Application table on environment impact（get it from Environmental Protection Bureau）
8、
Investigation table on ground of foreign-funded enterprises (prepared by the Development Area)
9、
Business license of foreign investors（copy）（If the enterprise is invested by individual, provide identification certificates of the investor）
10、Copies of valid identification certificates for legal representatives of foreign investors
11、
Three photos of legal representative (one inch, with color)
12、
Credit certificates of foreign investors（issued by bank）
13、
Name list of board of directors (name, posts, work in what organization now, posts of current organizations and relations with investors)
14、
Copies of appointment letters for directors and General Manger and their valid identification certificates
15、
Certificates of land and house property use(prepared by the Development Area) |
