The enterprises, which invest and operate in the Development Area, enjoy all the preferential policies endowed by the state, besides, they can also enjoy more preferential policies of investment and reward given by government of Jinnan District.  Those preferential policies cover return of value-added tax, income tax and housing property tax. Moreover, as for the enterprises with larger investment, they can also enjoy the preferential policy for “one discussion for one thing” of Jinnan District at respect of registration handling and charges on construction project.
