Development Area Administrative Commission
Jinnan Development Area Administrative Commission is a dispatched organization, which is on behalf of Tianjin Jinnan District Government to conduct “close” management on the Development Area.
Its main functions are as follows,
It is responsible to provide services and conduct management on land, public facilities and enterprises within the Development Area (coordinate the municipal-managed organizations which were brought into industrial management). It will “open green channel” and provide “one stop” services to the enterprises invested in the Area. With the cooperation of the entered enterprises, the Commission handles relevant procedures as industrial & commercial registration and construction approval, etc for enterprises.  

Development Area General Corporation
Development Area General Corporation is set up from the Commission and it is mainly responsible for the land development and infrastructure construction in the Area. Haoyu Investment Company, Land Operation Company, Project Construction Company and Estate Management Company, etc, are set up from the General Corporation and those companies can provide satisfactory and convenient services for investors. 

Economic Service Hall
In order to make it convenient for foreign investment, Jinnan District set up a convenient “Economic Service Hall” with high efficiency. The relevant functional departments are centralized in the service hall. The Hall implements system of joint work and time-limit transaction on examination and approval of enterprises, and provides “one stop” commission services for the whole process.

Supervision Office of Tianjin Customs in Jinnan
In order to improve investment environment, make it convenient for import & export enterprises to handle customs declaration and clearance, and promote open-to-outside level of our district, Supervision Office of Tianjin Customs in Jinnan officially began to operate from Jan. 6th, 2005 and its management scope covers registered enterprises in Jinnan District.
