Tianjin Jinnan Economic Development Area (east), located in the southeast of Tianjin, between Xianshuigu, Gegu,  Xiaozhan three towns of Jinnan District, to Jingu Highway in the north, close to Jinjin and Danla Highway in the south, adjacent to Jigang railway Xianshuigu freight station connected with the Jingshan railway, has convenient freight transportation and station, goods yard and warehouses there, facing freight terminal at the river between two gates in Haihe River (5 000 tons berth). Tianjin Binhai New Area it lies along with is the focus of Tianjin future industry development and will be the bright spot of China’s economic development in the future years. The east area is 16 km away from the downtown, 18 km from the largest international trade port in the north China, Tianjin Port, 15 km from Tianjin Binhai International Airport, 12 km from Jingjintang expressway. Jinjin and Danla expressway cross the south of the development area and in the southeast side there’s access to the two expressways, by which it can reach Shenyang, Shanghai, Fuzhou, etc. and is connected with expressways all over the country. The planning Tianjin Avenue is an expressway with 8 up-and-down roadways whose opening will improve the traffic condition from Jinnan development area to Tianjin city and Binhai New Area. Its predominant location has obtained more and more favor of Chinese and foreign merchants. |
