 Transportation Advantages：
In the south of East Area, Danla and Jinjin expressways are connected with northern China’s expressway network; in the north Jingu Highway connected with urban areas and Tanggu; in the east Hangang Highway cross two gates connected with Jingjintang Expressway; the planning Tianjin Avenue Expressway and Jingu Second Line will greatly improve the transport condition from Jinnan Development Area to Tianjin city and Binhai New Area. Jigang Railway gives good logistics conditions for middle and long distance transportation. And Tianjin Xingang Port and freight terminal at the river between two gates in Haihe River provide convenient water transportation for cargos.
Resource Advantages：
The area has been equipped with “seven supply one leveling” investment and development environment, and more scientific and more rational resource allocation and application create better conditions for sustainable development.
Environmental Advantages：
Jinnan Development Area is located in the urban-suburb areas where there’s no large industrial park and no great pollution, and all environmental protection index reach national standards. Therefore, it is of benefit to the development and production of various projects. East Area is wide in its area, close to Jinjin Expressway green strip forming integration together with the green strip of; West Area is adjacent to Outer Ring Line where the green strip connected with Jinnan Development Area green strip gives a beautiful environment and provides environmental guarantee for new industries and high-tech industries.
Industrial Advantages：
Currently, East Area has formed electronics & information, metal product, plastic product and many leading industries. Once lots of key projects put into production in the near future, tax generating capacity will reach 55%. West Area has light industry, food, biological manufacturing and other leading industries, and meanwhile makes good use of the land carrier advantages of east and west area to develop and build East Area “logistics park” and West Area “Innovation Park” and Jinnan International Square, increase the share of tertiary industry in the development area, extend economic scale, and create a win-win situation that secondary and tertiary industry mutually promote and develop.

In Jinnan District, there are 10 technical schools and 8 high schools which have a total of 8000 graduates or so a year.
